  What is Hummus? As we are all on the same page, let’s talk about what hummus is. If you aren’t familiar,  hummus is a delicious spread or dip made from chickpeas, tahini, lemon, and spices . It’s lusciously smooth, with a bright lemon flavour and a little kick of garlic. You can enjoy it with fresh veggies, slather it on a sandwich, or scoop it up with wedges of pita.
