I am Nutritionist Aditi Tibarewala, having more than 5 years of clinical practice in hospitals and various health and fitness platforms. My experience has been transforming the bodies and lives of people making them healthier by suggesting diets and recipies to prevent and sometimes reverse all the major diseases that are killing us.

This blog has been the place for me to share the edible inspirations from my playtime in the kitchen, and my deep love for whole foods. The recipes and ideas you’ll find here revolve around my healthy tasty and nutritious way of eating, and I hope that through the simple and delicious dishes I create, you too will discover a whole new world of flavour and nourishment.


I use basic, everyday kitchen ingredients, with a focus on fresh organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains and diary products. I don’t believe that cooking healthy food should be out of reach to people, and strive to share recipes that can be prepared by cooks and home bakers.


I’m happy to engage with food enthusiasts from all around the world  who are as intensely interested in healthy food and cooking habits as I am through the blog and social media.
